Scheduling

Appointments may be made most conveniently here online. You may also call the office directly at 559-924-8800, however we do not have a receptionist and only answer calls when we have availability to do so. In the case that we do not pickup, please leave a detailed voicemail.  Request for a specific therapist or a gender preference for your therapist must be made at the time of booking. We strive to meet each request; we do not guarantee availability. Please note that you must have a card on file to schedule but may pay in cash or by card in person on the day of your appt. You may also prepay online for any appointment to save time.

Communication

At the time of reservation, please inform the Simply Serenity staff if you are pregnant, recent surgeries, or any other conditions of which we should be made aware. Receiving treatments while ill may exacerbate and accelerate your symptoms and may place our staff in an unhealthy environment. If illness is detected, rescheduling of service may occur. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at our discretion. 

Rescheduling/Cancellations

We welcome any changes or cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the start of your first scheduled appointment with no extra charge or penalty. Changes/Cancellations made without 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge. No-show appointments will be charged the full price.

Lava basalt stones, known for grounding energy & connection to the Earth. It is believed to help people feel stable, calm, and centered, especially during times of stress or emotional upheaval. The heat used during this luxuriously relaxing treatment is beneficial for increased circulation to aide in recovery as well as relief from aching/arthritic joints. **service not available to our prenatal clients**

Detoxifying Body Wrap

The detoxifying properties of seaweed help remove toxins and impurities from the skin. Seaweed can bind to heavy metals and environmental pollutants. We apply a liquid form of seaweed to your entire body & loosely wrap you in cozy layers of blankets. While the product works we can massage the face, scalp & feet. We then remove the seaweed with warm towels and finish by massaging arms, legs & back. The appointment will take about one hour. This service is for detoxification and NOT for inch loss.
